PAYMENT INFORMATION
All prices are in US dollars. We accept MasterCard and Visa, and debit cards bearing those logos. ALL CREDIT CARD
INFO IS ENCRYPTED. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please email us regarding your order (you can't do
that online). Then mail your payment to the address below (see RETURNS). Once payment has cleared, your order will be
shipped.

CANADA and INTERNATIONAL
We DO ship to Canada (love you Canada!). There will be an additional processing fee of $5.00 US added to your order,
and you are responsible for payment of any duty. Items shipped to Canada will be sent via US Priority Post. Shipping
time is unpredictable due to the possibility of customs inspection delays. We do not currently ship to other
international destinations, though if you live overseas and simply
must have Angela Arno jewelry, then contact us and
we'll try to work it out. International wholesale inquiries welcome. Je parle francaise.

THE TAX MAN
Angela Arno is located in North Carolina. All deliveries to NC addresses are subject to the prevailing sales tax in the
county of delivery. Residents of states other than N
C are exempt from paying any sales tax.

WHEN WILL I GET THE GOODS?
Once an order is placed, we will send you a confirmation e-mail to the address you provided with the status of your
order. IN GENERAL, we ship items with 2 business days of order placement. NOTE: sometimes, we are away at a show or
(if we're lucky) on holiday! (hey, I've got to get the design inspiration from somewhere!). If this is the case, it will be
noted on the order page.  And if you need something super-fast, give us a call and we'll do our best to help!

We take great care in packaging our jewelry. Each piece is protected within a clear resealable bag. Packages are
sent and insured through U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail to our customers and should arrive within 3-7 days of receipt of
payment based on current availability.

SHIPPING INFO
We ship our jewelry via U.S. Postal Service Priority, unless otherwise specified by email prior to placing an order. UPS
ground, UPS Worldwide Express and Fed Ex are also available. If you are interested in one of these options, please
contact us for more information rates.

RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 14 days. Contact us for the reason of the return, and we will issue you an RA number. Then
mail your item to the address below. Be sure your item is well-packed and insured. We will refund the full amount, LESS
SHIPPING COSTS, to your preferred method of payment. After 14 days from receipt of purchase, no refunds or
exchanges will be issued.

FAQ
Do you do custom orders?
Custom Orders are available upon request. Most items on our site can be altered to a different stone, size, or precious
metal. A custom order fee is added to the cost of the item (depending on customization), and the actual price may
vary depending on the adjustment made (for example, changing Sterling Silver to Goldfill may increase the price).
Contact us with your order request. Be sure to include the code number of the item you wish to customize and what
changes you wish to be made. We will send you a price quote for the cost of the customized item. You can then confirm
whether you want the item made and send payment. If you desire several copies of the same item (for bridesmaids,
etc), please contact us to determine whether or not the item you desire is available in quantity. Please note that
custom orders may take up to 4 weeks.

Will my jewelry look exactly as pictured on the website?
Angela Arno uses natural stones which most often contain variations in size, shape, cut and color. Therefore, each piece
becomes unique and individual and may look slightly different than pictured on the website.

What if my jewelry breaks?
If the item arrives damaged or breaks during the first 60 days, we will repair it free of charge (you pay only for shipping
the item to us). Contact us with the problem. Then, mail your item to the address below. Be sure your item is well-packed
and insured.

If you want to return an item for repair after 30 days, a nominal fee will be charged for shipping and materials (to be
determined by the designer upon inspection of problem).

How should I care for my jewelry?
All jewelry that you receive will come in an air tight zip lock bag. To keep your jewelry from tarnishing, keep it in this bag
and store it in a dark place (drawer or jewelry box) while you are not wearing it. You may use a jewelry cloth to polish. To
get to those tricky, hard to reach places, put a SMALL amount of white toothpaste onto an old tooth brush and lightly
brush. Jewelry will sparkle and shine! DO NOT USE jewelry cleaning solutions on pearls, turquoise, and other porous stones.

I want to sign up for email updates and special offers. How often will I receive mail?
Don't worry! We hate unnecessary email as much as you do. We plan to send email no more than once a month. These
emails provide you with advanced notice of sales, new merchandise, and other events. You can opt out anytime.

Do you have a catalog?
We consider our website our catalog! However, if you're a retailer interested in line sheets, please contact us.

I would like to purchase a gift for my sister. Can I have you send the gift directly to her with a gift receipt?
Yes, you can ship an order to an address that differs from your billing address. If the order is a gift, please select that at
checkout, and we will make sure that the order is shipped with a gift receipt only, which will not show prices. We will
email the full receipt directly to you.
