Returns & Repairs

Returns We want you to love your piece. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition.

To initiate a return contact us at hello@angelaarno.com. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. A refund will be issued within 5-7 days of receiving the return.

Repairs We stand behind our work. If a piece needs attention — a clasp, a restring, a finding — we're here.

Repair pricing starts at $40 and varies based on the work needed. Contact us at hello@angelaarno.com with a photo and description and we'll take it from there.

Restringing All Angela Arno stretch bracelets include lifetime restringing at $25 per occurrence. Because stretch eventually stretches — and we'll always make it right.

Repairs are available on Angela Arno and Arno Homme pieces only.
